HRMSAAS is a SAAS Cloud based HR software available for commercial use on monthly to annual subscription basis. It’s a non transferable HR software. HRMSAAS is a product by SYBELS INFOTECH PVT LTD with All the rights reserved. The Privacy Policy below is between HRMSAAS to be referred as (HRMS) and Organisations/ Users / customers/ agents to be referred as Client, opting for HRMS Subscription and services.

Term Of Use - Client assures and agrees that they will make optimum use of the software and use the same for the HR activities. Client agrees to use the software only to maintain HR related data which is strictly for official use, that they will adhere to all compliances as per government norms and will not misuse the software in any which manner. HRMS is not responsible to followup with client/ employees/ HR personal/ owners to request or check if they are using the Software, though our executives may follow up for feedback on certain occasion.

Data collection and security - During the tenure with with HRMSAAS we would require to collect certain data like Employee mobile number and mobile no, email id and (for verification purpose), employee location (for attendance) This data collected is not shared with any third party. Data stays entirely with HRMSAAS We have no tie up with any third party for data sharing. Your data stay safe with us and is never shared with any third party

Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentially of their account details, username and passwords. Client must ensure that other don't get access to their account by any mean. Client who wish to share their credential can do the same at their own risk. HRMS will not be liable for any loss of data, sharing of important and confidential data occur due to any such action. HRMS is completely non transferable and cannot be transferred. None of our customer care executive, representative, agent , affiliates will ever ask for client credentials.

Third Party Service - In the process, client would like to use third party services along with HRMS software. For any third party services, client agrees to pay the said cost as mention by the third party. Third party service cost is not included in the subscription cost of HRMS. Clients acknowledge that they are aware that for any use of third party or API integration, charges of third party services and service charges of HRMS are to bore by the client. These third party services may have their own set of Terms and conditions which client may agree or disagree on their own discretion. HRMS is not liable/ responsible for any of the third party content, the way they might use client data, their pricing or interaction between the third party and the client. HRMS wont be liable for any damage cause due to the use of third party services. By using any third party services client is willing allowing HRMS to disclose client data as required to the third party. HRMS will also not be liable for any queries or issues arise due to policies or procedures of third party. To solve the same you will have to get in touch with your third party service provide.

Intellectual property which includes our inventions, domain name, trademark, user interface, contents, website, trade secrets, concepts, flowcharts, copyrights, patents, titles, software, hardware, strategic concepts, innovations, ideas, logo, Programme and other intellectual rights belong exclusively to HRMSAAS refer as HRMS (Product by Sybels Infotech Pvt Ltd). Any copy/ duplicate work of any of the above said terms, Sharing pictures, screenshot, user login details to any potential competitor is strictly prohibited and may call for legal action. The damage cause due to this will be impossible to calculate. HRMS shall be entitled to recover its cost and fees, including reasonable attorney/ lawyer fees incurred in obtaining such relief if the client/ employees/ agents is found guilty of doing so. Clients may use HRMS logo, service name to be displayed on their other services or website to be identify as HRMS user with prior permission. Client agrees not to claim any right on any of the HRMS property now or in near future and not to misuse any of the Property of HRMS. Client agrees not to use any part of our contents from our website, software, programme for any other commercial / personal / official purpose. HRMS had complete ownership, rights to the material published. This work is protected by copyright laws and any misuse of the same may lead to Legal Proceedings. Though, HRMS will have no right on the data/content uploaded by client on our HRMS software. HRMS is a HR software for commercial use and we may at any given point block, suspend or terminate the subscription/services if HRMS software is used for any illegal, fraudulent and unlawful activities.
